If you edited that.ini file with PPSSPP still open, it would be a good idea to restart PPSSPP. Now, from PPSSPP's menu bar, go to Game Settings - More Settings. In there, the fourth option down under the Graphics tab (open by default) is 'Alternative Speed'. You want this set to 25%. Now, the System tab. PPSSPP is the original and best PSP emulator for Android. It runs a lot of games, but depending on the power of your device all may not run at full speed. No games are included with this download. Use your own real PSP games and turn them into.ISO or.CSO files, or simply play free homebrew games, which are available online.

February 7, 2021: PPSSPP 1.11 is here!

It's been a long wait, but the reward is finally here.

PPSSPP 1.11 has a large number of fixes for both long-standing and newly discovered issues. As a result, chances are better than ever that any game you try will work great!

1.11.1/2 has some additional crash fixes. 1.11.3 fixes an on-screen keyboard rendering glitch.
